Fakin' it

Long time no blog. So, I enrolled in the Online Card Class Watercolor for Card Makers. I have enrolled in previous classes and loved them.  But I *L* O *V *E* this series! The instructors are always top notch, and this group doesn't disappoint. It's not too late to sign up. You'll have lifetime access to all the videos, PDFs and the gallery for inspiration. OK, you're back. I'm gonna show you my Day 5 homework, inspired by Swarup Murthy' class. Check out her blog (sanketij.blogspot.com) and YouTube channel and she'll knock your socks off.

My results don't come even close to hers, but I sure don't hate what I did. I purchased a set of Sakura Koi watercolor in anticipation of the class and I have to tell you that they are wonderful. Made a big difference in my satisfaction. I purchased mine from Amazon for $23.64. They are Prime eligible. I received my order in one day!
